I just love this outfit! The Boutique Bottoms are fast becoming my favorite item to make. They have an elastic waist so you will get a lot of wear out of these. As your daughter gets taller, they will become darling capri pants. These can be worn year round with different tops! They have a generous 3 1/2" ruffle.
The tank top is purchased but I embellished it with a cute Yo Yo flower. It comes in Blue and Green, depending on the size. We got tons of compliments when Olivia wore this the other day. She loves wearing these pants and gets a little "sassy" each time she puts them on! :D She starts doing these Karate moves...it's so funny!
